Getting to West Coast Wilderness Lodge


By Car & Ferry: (3 hours traveling time)

If you decide to drive from Vancouver you will need to take a ferry from Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal to the Sunshine Coast landing in Langdale. The ferry crossing is only 40 minutes and passes through Howe Sound, one of B.C.'s famous fjords. For schedules please click on www.bcferries.com. We recommend making reservations during the peak times to ensure you get the ferry of your choice. When making a reservation please be sure to arrive at the ferry terminal at least 30 minutes prior to sailing time.

Malaspina Coach Lines offers passenger service between Vancouver and Powell River, BC; guests coming to West Coast Wilderness Lodge need to get off at Earl's Cove where a representative from the lodge will pick you up. It is important you notify your reservation agent that you need pick up service, please call beforehand to verify you are on schedule. The charge for this service is $10 per trip.
