Our executive chef Christopher Donnahee hails from bustling
Vancouver. His years of dedicated training and unique skills have seen him excel and garner accolades at Vancouver's renowned Joe Fortes Seafood and Chop House. He has also been privy to mastering the culinary excellence of The Salmon House on the Hill in West Vancouver's prestigious British Properties, and Havana, on East Vancouver's trendy Commercial Drive.
As well as attaining his Chef's Red Seal, Chris is completing the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition's Registered Holistic Nutritionist program. Chris' goal for Inlets is to unify the highest quality local and seasonal ingredients with superior culinary techniques for enhanced flavour, texture and nutrition. With all of this presented in a modern, unique and artistic style that is sure to impress.
Along with the backing of Inlets' talented kitchen brigade, Chris looks forward to making your epicurean experience at the Lodge uniquely memorable.Chris and his young family fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere and great views of sunshine Coast and have decided to make the coast their home.
