Wedding Food & Beverage

Our gourmet Inlets Restaurant has a truly spectacular view and can seat up to 150. With vaulted ceilings, warm timber beams and floor-to-ceiling windows that span the entire hall, it makes for a truly special meal.

The” Lodge chefs” will provide you with a variety of fresh, delicious dishes to delight the senses. Buffet and plated service are both available; we take pride in our experienced, courteous wait staff. The Lodge is a fully licensed facility and our bar is always well-stocked with premium beverages.


The license for Inlets Restaurant requires that we be the sole provider of all food and beverages for your function, with the exception of your wedding cake. We have provided a range of menus and beverages to choose from within this package.

Please note that our menus are subject to change due to season and availability of ingredients, so the example dishes listed may not reflect what is currently available during your wedding dates.

Post-ceremony Reception

A Champagne service following the reception is a lovely way to kick off the celebration.

The Lodge can assist in ordering the champagne of your choice; simply let us know if you will be serving one glass or if you would like the champagne to flow freely.

Depending on the time of year, the reception can be held on the outside decks or in our lower lounge. We suggest a variety of appetizers or enhancements, including some vegetarian options.

We offer two breakfast service options for your event: guests can order off a short order breakfast menu, or the Lodge can put out a full breakfast buffet at $14 per person (minimum 35 guests for buffet).

Bar Services

Our liquor license requires that all alcohol for your wedding be ordered through the Lodge.

We will work with you to establish the quantities and types of wine & liquor that you would like for your guests. Inlets’ Wedding Wine List has been provided for your convenience.

We estimate alcoholic beverage consumption levels using the following industry guidelines:

• One bottle of wine (750 ml) serves 5 glasses
• One bottle of sparkling wine or champagne serves 6 champagne flutes
• Estimate a minimum of ½ bottle of wine per person for dinner, and 1/3 of a bottle per person for lunch
• Estimate 2 drinks per person for the first hour of a reception, then 1 drink per hour for each hour after that

Should you decide to run a host bar, any liquor purchased from the host bar will be charged to your final bill. If the total consumption at your host bar is below $200, you will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 per hour, per bartender.

In the event of a non-host bar, the Lodge reserves the right to run a cash bar at no expense to you.
