Wedding Packages
Weddings are a special time for you and your family. To create a private and intimate atmosphere, we close West Coast Wilderness Lodge and Inlets Restaurant to the public for the duration of your stay. The Lodge becomes your private resort and we do not take any non-wedding guests.
Therefore, the cost for your wedding will vary based on the season, the number of days you decide to book us for and the number of rooms booked by your guests.
Listed below is the buyout fee to reserve the Lodge and our facilities for a one-night wedding.

Our Winter Wedding package offers private use of the Lodge without any buyout fee. Simply book all twenty rooms at the Lodge and it will become your private resort.
What Does The Buyout Fee Include?
• Beautiful outdoor ceremony location, with maximum seating for 200 guests
• Signing table
• Ceremonial archway
• A choice of menus prepared by our Executive Chef
• Complete set-up of the wedding banquet hall, excluding your final decorations (maximum seating for 150 guests)
• Podium
• Complete set-up of reception lounge & dance room, excluding your final decorations
• Private use of the Lodge for a 24-hour period
• Access to guest lodges, beach, campfire site, social lounge & dance room, decks, cliff-side hot tub, and dining room
• Complimentary vendor referrals and pre-event coordination
• In-house wedding coordinator for on-site coordination of your event
• Experienced and courteous staff
Not Included:
Chair set-up & removal for your ceremony is not included in the buyout fee. This service will be charged at $1.00 per chair.
Alternate linen and china choices, chair covers, candles, vases etc. are not provided by the lodge. The lodge provides white linens and china, accompanying glassware and flatware. Rentals of alternate linens, chair covers or chairs will be the wedding couple’s responsibility. We are happy to assist you with names of rental companies on the coast that you may consider using.
The buyout fee does not include your accommodations on site, which are paid for on an individual basis by you or your guests.
If all rooms are booked and paid for by the wedding couple you will receive a 10% discount off the total room rate. Any rooms left vacant on the night of your wedding will be added to your final bill.
Normally your close friends and family will choose to check in a day early, to give them time to relax and prepare for the arrival of the rest of the guests. You and your wedding guests will receive a 20% discount on any rooms booked for the night before or after the wedding night.
Food & beverage costs are additional to the buyout fee, as well as any incidental charges that arise.
Should the weather prove uncooperative, an indoor ceremony can be held in the lower lounge, or in the upper Inlet’s Dining Room. A set up fee will be charged if the restaurant is to be rearranged prior to the dinner banquet. Alternately some couples choose to marry with the banquet set up in place and guests more casually formed around the fireplace or in front of the viewing window. There is no added cost to this simple last minute arrangement.
Many couples choose to rent a wedding tent or canopy for the wedding ceremony and dance ensuring no mishaps in the event of rain. Generally this must be arranged several days to weeks in advance and cannot be executed last minute.
Once our wedding coordinator knows the final number of guests in your party, your rooming list, your menus & wine selections, and more information about your preferences, we will provide you with a more complete wedding quote.

The cost of a round-trip flight from Vancouver is $275 per person -- the wine is on us. Should you decide to hold your wedding with us ( minimum wedding size of 60 guests) we will credit half the cost of your flight towards your wedding rental fee.
