WCWL Policies
Deposits:
To secure your reservation full payment is required upon booking.
Cancellations:
25% of booking price is non refundable after confirmation, 75% of the payment is refundable up to 8 days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Rates:
Hotel rates and packages are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are also available, please ask your reservation agent. Additional charges apply to third persons sharing over 14 years of age.
Children:
Children are welcome at the lodge. Please note that children must be supervised at all times *After 9:00pm the use of the lower lounge room and hot tub are for adults only.
Pets:
Our accommodations are not well suited for pets, although at certain times of the year we would welcome them. However this would only be allowed with management discretion. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning requirements. Rate per night $25.00
Gratuities:
Packages and hotel rates do not include gratuities, and are left to guests' discretion.
