My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at the WCWL. It did not disappoint. We stayed for a total of 2 nights at the lodge and it was beautiful. Our event coordinator walked us through the whole process as we planned our wedding. She was very helpful with all of the information etc. Everything went as planned and I had not one thing to worry about. The food was spectacular. All of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. We will definitely be coming back for our honeymoon next year.

The lodge and their staff (Genevieve, Mark and Natasha in particular) were spectacular, the venue is beyond beautiful, the food was incredibly delicious and we had a wonderful time. The lodge is pretty great about accommodating special requests.

We used the Lodge for almost all of our wedding services and I 1000% recommend them!
The location itself was absolutely stunning, and many of our guests remarked it was the prettiest wedding location they’d ever been to. I also loved that the whole lodge was booked just for us, which made the event feel like a joyful summer camp with all of our closest friends and family. The food was great, and they really outdid themselves with the rehearsal dinner decor – you have the option to add a rehearsal bbq beachside with lawn games, a full bar and a campfire for s’mores, which was so fun! The day of the wedding, everyone was extremely accommodating, friendly, the dinner and drinks were all fantastic, and the level of service was wonderful – they even let us into all the rooms in advance to leave little wedding schedules and gifts for our guests. Genevieve, the onsite coordinator, answered my millions of emails promptly at all times, and was invaluable. We didn’t want to spend a ton of time decorating or having to choose the right china, etc, so finding a beautiful, natural, easy-going location that needed minimal decor (it’s already stunning) and had literally EVERYTHING included was fantastic.

We will close the Lodge and Inlets Restaurant to the public for the time of your rental. Your party will have complete and private access to the guest lodges, dining room and social lounge, as well as the decks, hot tub area and twelve acres of wilderness.

The Lodge can easily cater to weddings of all sizes. We have the capacity to host up to 64 overnight guests (double & triple occupancy) with additional accommodation for over 150 nearby. Please see our accommodations page for more information.

Our fine dining room has a truly spectacular view and can seat up to 130 guests inside. The vaulted ceilings, warm timber beams and floor-to-ceiling windows spanning the entire hall make for a very special meal.

When it comes to the menu, our chefs will provide you with a variety of fresh and delicious dishes to choose from. Buffet and plated service are available. We are a fully licensed venue and our bar is always well-stocked with premium beverages and a great selection of British Columbia’s award-winning wines.

Have a cozy campfire on the beach and splash in the ocean phosphorescence. Helicopter the wedding party to a glacial mountain peak for wedding pictures in the alpine of British Columbia. Take the bridal party to Chatterbox Falls in Princess Louisa Inlet for an unforgettable photo shoot the day before your wedding day.

Consider taking your bridesmaids for a casual afternoon adventure and kayak to one of dozens of tiny islands near the village of Egmont. Have one of our guides set up a friendly afternoon competition of activities, or go on a guided nature walk through our forest trails.
